    I would check the owners instructions for calibration. I think some of those analog vom's had two adjustment screws for zero and load. It would be good to have known values to check measurements with, both voltage and resistance.
    Or alternative.....Parts Express.

    Generally the old analogs only had to be adjusted for battery condition

    Touch the probes together and zero it Don't touch the screws.

    Really, you should put that in the drawer and spend 5 bucks to get into almost current technology

    Note- cheap batteries won't last in it. Or any meter. Use Alkaline.

    Turn off when not in use!
